Focus: 0-to-1 Product Architecture & Data-Driven Logic

The Challenge: Learning managers often struggle to measure the impact of training. I spotted a gap for a tool that satisfied two challenges: 1. providing learners a safe space for conversation practice and 2. providing learning managers a closed-loop skills assessment to identify organisational gaps.

The System: I designed the end-to-end product logic and built the design system from scratch, including the conversational AI experience learners interact with. The core innovation was the skills framework: I designed a model that translates qualitative AI conversations into quantitative, trackable skill data. I then designed the manager dashboard to visualise skill development and surface performance gaps across teams.

The Impact: Successfully shipped a 0-to-1 platform that acts as both a safe practice space for employees and a strategic data tool for leadership. It transformed "soft skills" training into a measurable business metric, now utilised by organizations like CALM.
