Essence of the Blue Box

 

I'm currently leading the strategy, visual design and development of a bespoke onboarding experience for Tiffany & Co., managing a multi-disciplinary team of designers and developers as key account contact.

The project began with a series of audience, content and UX workshops, where we mapped the site experience and structure for the website. I approached it as much as a storytelling problem as a functional one: how do you make someone feel like part of Tiffany's world from day one, wherever they're joining from. I shaped the structure, tone and visual language to reflect the brand's heritage and craft, while making sure the underlying architecture could scale to a genuinely large, global workforce.
